Getting started
Our pieces are 3D printed layer by layer from PLA, a plant-based plastic that is strong, light and comes in many colors. Some pieces use other materials — the product page says which.
Every piece is cleaned and checked by hand before it ships.
Ready-made pieces are in stock and ship on the next delivery run. Pieces marked made to order are printed after you order, and the product page shows the expected lead time.
Custom orders
Pick a made-to-order product and add your notes — size, color, text, or a description of what you want — or message us on WhatsApp with a photo or a link. We confirm the details and the price before anything is printed.
Usually a few days, depending on the size and how busy the printers are. We confirm the exact lead time on WhatsApp before we start.
Yes. Most pieces can be printed in any of our filament colors and scaled up or down within the limits of the design. Tell us what you need and we'll advise.
Yes — send an STL or 3MF file on WhatsApp and we'll check it is printable and quote you. Please only send designs you have the right to print.
Care & materials
Keep it away from direct sun, heat and hot water — PLA softens above about 60°C, so no dishwashers or hot cars. Wipe with a soft damp cloth.
Our pieces are decorative. Small parts can be a choking hazard, so please keep them away from children under three unless the product page says otherwise.
Delivery & returns
Ready-made pieces ordered before 2 PM ship the same day, later orders the next day, anywhere in Kuwait. Made-to-order pieces ship once they are printed.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are printed to your specification, so they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or different from what we agreed. Ready-made pieces follow our normal returns policy.
